From Northern California, Quinton has had an interest in the Internet since 1998.  While living in San Francisco he started a small web business from his garage and expanded with a production office in India, splitting his time from San Francisco and living part-time in India for 2 years.  With a love for the Internet, web design and online marketing, he feels its time to launch his own online biz.   Having assisted many leading companies consulting their brands and developing their web solutions, the idea of Second Shout Out was born.  He is an intense believer  “you get what you put out, yet it takes work, its not just about dreaming, its called action”.
