Quinton Hoover

FOUNDER, CEO

Originally From Northern California, now living in Westport CT, Quinton was bitten by the Internet bug in 1998 while studying at the University of Arizona.

After relocating to San Francisco, his single-car garage became the launching pad for a web design business. His start-up venture quickly went global with a production office in India followed by two years of hop-scotching from San Francisco to India and back.

Susan Hoover

CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF MERCHANDISING OFFICER

Her career started as an agent for an Italian menswear manufacturer at the California Mart in Los Angeles. Her travels criss-crossed the globe with destinations including major metropolitan U.S. cities, Milan and Paris; acquiring insider knowledge of the wholesale biz at trade shows, factories and showrooms. Next up - six years shattering sales records at a women's clothing retailer with 18 brick & mortar stores. Being recruited by a high-profile art gallery in San Francisco proved to be a proverbial life-changer. It was there - in the heart of the SF Bay Area's booming IT industry - that she met her husband and jumped full-force with him into the world of web development. From their garage to an office of 35 employees to a production facility in India, she and her husband were soon splitting time between San Francisco & India.

Susan explains her love of the Jack Russell's that share the Connecticut barn with her and her husband: "It's the only breed I can live with. They're smart enough to 'get it' and they also have the balls to 'go for it.'"

Kelley Motschenbacher

INTERIOR DESIGNER AND VINTAGE COLLECTOR

Having spent almost my entire adult life, re-designing and working on homes, along the way I have developed a passion for the unique and gently worn.  The unconventional and soulful home always includes antiques, vintage and carefully edited pieces.  I only buy what I truly love; things that speak of a past life, well lived.  A home and all of the things in it should be a beautiful portrait of the people who live there.

My Career began in visual merchandising for a large retailer but gradually; life moved my interests and personal fulfillment into the world of collecting, designing and creating beautiful spaces.
